DCDC Meet-up
Join us for community building, laughter, venting and zero diet talk!
We are creating a safe space for people in all bodies as we actively deconstruct and unlearn the pervasive messages of diet culture.
This doesn't have to be a lonely journey.
Come talk all things anti-diet & body Liberation with people who share your values.
We are meeting in the lounge at Tru by Hilton - a comfortable space with food & drink available

Trans & Nonbinary+ Support Group
This group offers refuge — a space where trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and questioning adults (18+) can show up fully and be met with connection, reflection, and collective care.
Whether you’re navigating identity, celebrating milestones, unpacking hard experiences, or simply seeking a place where you don’t have to explain yourself — you are welcome here.
Professionals are present to provide facilitation and an extra layer of support, but this is not a therapy group. It’s a community circle: a gathering to be seen, supported, and affirmed.

Shelf Aware Readers: Set Boundaries, Find Peace
Join us three times a year to discuss nonfiction books concerning mental and physical wellness. Facilitators for the discussions will be professional mental health providers courtesy of Head and Heart Therapeutic Services and Open Space Counseling.
This month's book is Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab
Healthy boundaries. We all know we should have them--in order to achieve work/life balance, cope with toxic people, and enjoy rewarding relationships with partners, friends, and family. But what do "healthy boundaries" really mean--and how can we successfully express our needs, say "no," and be assertive without offending others?

Shelf Aware Readers: The Body Is Not An Apology
Join us three times a year to discuss nonfiction books concerning mental and physical wellness. Facilitators for the discussions will be professional mental health providers courtesy of Head and Heart Therapeutic Services and Open Space Counseling.
This month's book is The Body Is Not an Apology: The Power of Radical Self-Love by Sonya Renee Taylor
Humans are a varied and divergent bunch with all manner of beliefs, morals, and bodies. Systems of oppression thrive off our inability to make peace with difference and injure the relationship we have with our own bodies. The Body Is Not an Apology offers radical self-love as the balm to heal the wounds inflicted by these violent systems. World-renowned activist and poet Sonya Renee Taylor invites us to reconnect with the radical origins of our minds and bodies and celebrate our collective, enduring strength. As we awaken to our own indoctrinated body shame, we feel inspired to awaken others and to interrupt the systems that perpetuate body shame and oppression against all bodies. When we act from this truth on a global scale, we usher in the transformative opportunity of radical self-love, which is the opportunity for a more just, equitable, and compassionate world--for us all.
