DCDC Fall Meet-up
Re-connect with you DCDC pals (or join us for the first time - newcomers always welcome!) this September at Middle Coast Brewing! We'll do some light planning - picking dates/locations for the next round of meet-ups and scheduling special events for the year as well. Can't wait to see you there!
This fall marks the third year of DCDC community and we're awfully glad you've opted in. Community is resistance and we're so grateful you are in ours.

Trans & Nonbinary+ Support Group
This group offers refuge — a space where trans, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and questioning adults (18+) can show up fully and be met with connection, reflection, and collective care.
Whether you’re navigating identity, celebrating milestones, unpacking hard experiences, or simply seeking a place where you don’t have to explain yourself — you are welcome here.
Professionals are present to provide facilitation and an extra layer of support, but this is not a therapy group. It’s a community circle: a gathering to be seen, supported, and affirmed.

We can all use a good night's sleep. This course will introduce you to practices that can guide you into deep rest. Both insomnia and sleep deprivation are factors in many psychological and physical disorders. Research shows that those who practice iRest® experience more time asleep than those using other methods. iRest® is based on the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra but presented in a form made accessible for modern day living. It is a guided practice that supports optimal health and healing: its benefits include reduced stress, enhanced mood, improved sleep quality, and decreased insomnia.
