In this 90-minute Assessment and Goal-setting session, offered in person or virtually, you’ll explore all dimensions of wellness in your life. You will be guided through a holistic look at your current state of well-being and generate measurable goals that can be referenced in therapy, used individually, and/or used to track progress through Health Coaching sessions.

Our Health Coaches implement an Intuitive Eating approach, guiding clients to unlearn the shame-based rules of diet mentality and to listen to the wisdom of the body. Health Coaching clients:

JodiAnn believes that every body deserves respect, dignity and compassion and that re/building a foundation of body sovereignty is the first step on the path toward this freedom. With her clients, she co-creates a brave space for the honest exploration of the internal and external sources that disrupt our ability to be friendly and loving toward our own bodies. JodiAnn trusts every client to be the world's number one expert on their own body and life experiences and sees it as her primary duty to listen deeply, witness, and support that innate wisdom.
To help guide her clients on this journey, JodiAnn offers integrative, holistic Health At Every Size ®️ aligned Health Coaching that includes weight-neutral programming and Intuitive Eating® guidance. She re/mixes motivational interviewing, reflective dialogue, education, practical trouble-shooting, humor, compassion, arts-based expressive activities, body awareness exercises, and other techniques to meet her clients where they are and support their work in moving closer to where they would like to go.
Born in Traverse City and raised for the first part of her life in Northern Michigan, JodiAnn has lived all over Michigan and the Southwestern and Northeastern United States and for two years in Poland as a Peace Corps Volunteer. She returned to Northern Michigan in 2016 with her small family because no matter where she went, nothing ever felt more like home than Lake Michigan, and its dunes and woods.
