H&H is offering FREE group health coaching, open to everyone, starting in September!

Once per month on Wednesdays, from 6-7:30pm EST, join us online to explore the weight-inclusive health model and deepen your committment to your body

  • January 15th: Intro to the Body Trust ® Paradigm

  • February 19th: Body Grief: Freedom from the “Dream Body” narrative

  • March 19th: Your Body Story: giving voice to the Rupture, the Reckoning and the Reclamation of Body Trust

Our Health Coach implements a Body Trust® approach, guiding you to unlearn the shame-based rules of diet mentality and to listen to the wisdom of your body. Through Health Coaching, you will:

  • Rediscover joyful movement

  • Tune into hunger and fullness cues

  • Recognize emotional eating

This transformative 12-week program will launch you into Body Trust: Break free from diet culture and embrace a more positive relationship with your body, food, and movement! Each week, you'll dive deep into creating lasting change, focusing on what you want to improve. This is your chance to let go of weight-centric thinking and discover a more joyful, balanced way of living. Let’s do this!

Meet our Health Coach, JodiAnn

(She/Her/Hers)

As a registered Association for Size Diversity & Health provider, JodiAnn believes that every body deserves respect, dignity and compassion. Re-building a foundation of Body Trust® is the first step toward being friendly and loving toward your body. JodiAnn trusts you as the world's number one expert on your own body and life experiences and sees it as her primary duty to listen deeply and support your innate wisdom. 

To help guide her clients on this journey, JodiAnn offers integrative, holistic Health At Every Size ®️ aligned Health Coaching that includes weight-neutral programming and Intuitive Eating® guidance. She integrates her background as a Certified Personal Trainer, motivational interviewing, reflective dialogue, education, practical trouble-shooting, humor, compassion, arts-based expressive activities, and body awareness exercises into her transformational work.

Diet Culture Dropout Club

Join us for community building, laughter, venting and zero diet talk! We are creating a safe space for people in all bodies to connect as we actively deconstruct and unlearn the pervasive messages of diet culture. This doesn't have to be a lonely journey - come talk about all things anti-diet & intuitive eating with people who share your values.
