Jackie Keller, LPC
Jackie understands that life can be overwhelming at times, that we often find ourselves trying to make sense of it all and wondering "How did I get to this point?". She knows it takes courage to ask for help. Jackie’s approach to therapy is to provide a relaxed, safe, non judgmental place to work together to helps you or your child become more adjusted emotionally and develop a different point of view. Recognizing the unique challenges each client experiences and building on their strengths is important to Jackie. She integrates various evidence based treatment models in therapy because she believes therapy is not a one-size-fits all.
Jackie has over 15 years of experience in the helping profession in a variety of settings including both residential and outpatient programs, mental health agencies and juvenile justice programs. Her client focus is preteens/teens ages 10-19, both boys and girls, and women of all ages. She specialize with those who have gone through traumatic life events, have mood disorders such as anxiety and depression or are struggling with life transitions.
